Returns

Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if you receive:
• A damaged product
• A wrong item
• A defective package

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at support@vitalbites.fit, and we will replace it at no extra cost.

Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
